Hide and Seek

One of these days we are going to be looking around the house trying to find Sophia and we're going to find her curled up asleep inside the cabinet.

Lately, she has been shutting herself in the hall closet. Someone will say, "Where is Sophia? Is she in the kitchen?" and very softly you will hear "yeah." "Where is Sophia? Is she in the living room?" "Yeah." "Where is Sophia? Is she in the closet?" and very appropriately you will hear silence and then she will ever so slightly open up the door and peak out from the darkness and start to giggle.

City girl gettin' a taste of the farm.

Daddy's been taking me to some fun places since he has been home with me. Today we went to the Everett Children's Museum. Usually I am drawn to the Veterinarian Room with all of the stuffed animals or the Ferry Room where I can play in the water tables, but today I enjoyed the Farm Area with the tractor and the pony and the cow that milks water.

Those are for Santa. Mommy and Daddy said it was a good idea to leave him some milk and cookies before I go to bed. Sure hope he brings me lots of fun toys. See the tutu that Aunt Meg gave to me tonight?
